Richard-KC film reminds Gabby of Sharon

MANILA, Philippines—KC Concepcion and Richard Gutierrez’s second team-up—in “When I Met You”—is a lot better than their first. They have transcended the cutesy and pa-tweetums stage. KC and Chard’s chemistry has that je ne sais quoi factor.

Gabby Concepcion called to invite me to the premier of his “mini-me” KC’s movie but I told him I already watched it at the Cinema Evaluation Board screening where we gave it a “B” rating.
